OPENLATERlets you compose emails and schedule them for delivery to yourself and other recipients. These rules help ensure lawful, respectful, and reliable use.
Recipient Consent
- Only add recipients who have consented to receive your emails.
- Do not use the Service for unsolicited commercial email (spam) or marketing campaigns.
- Comply with applicable U.S. laws (including CAN-SPAM where applicable).
Prohibited Content & Conduct
- Illegal content; harassment; threats; defamation; obscenity; hate speech.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to obtain credentials or sensitive data.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
- Automated abuse or actions that degrade Service performance or reliability.
Operational Limits
- We may apply reasonable limits on message volume, recipients, or rate to protect service quality.
- We do not guarantee exact delivery time; delivery depends on third-party networks and recipient systems.
Enforcement
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy or the Terms of Service.
