OPENLATERlets you compose emails and schedule them for delivery to yourself and other recipients. These rules help ensure lawful, respectful, and reliable use.

Recipient Consent

  • Only add recipients who have consented to receive your emails.
  • Do not use the Service for unsolicited commercial email (spam) or marketing campaigns.
  • Comply with applicable U.S. laws (including CAN-SPAM where applicable).

Prohibited Content & Conduct

  • Illegal content; harassment; threats; defamation; obscenity; hate speech.
  • Malware, phishing, or attempts to obtain credentials or sensitive data.
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
  • Automated abuse or actions that degrade Service performance or reliability.

Operational Limits

  • We may apply reasonable limits on message volume, recipients, or rate to protect service quality.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery time; delivery depends on third-party networks and recipient systems.

Enforcement

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy or the Terms of Service.
